Dogdom provides non-anesthetic dental cleaning services for pets, performed at the client’s home. Our services are cosmetic and preventive in nature and do not replace professional veterinary care.
Dogdom is not a veterinary clinic, and our services do not include diagnosis, treatment, or curing of medical conditions.
3. Eligibility of Pets
By booking a service, you confirm that:
- Your pet is at least 6 months old and no older than 13 years.
- Your pet is in generally good health, without serious medical conditions that would make the service unsafe.
- Your pet does not display aggressive behavior.
Dogdom reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if, at our sole discretion, the pet is aggressive, overly stressed, or unsuitable for the procedure.
4. Owner Acknowledgment and Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the legal owner or authorized guardian of the pet.
- You have disclosed all known health conditions, behavioral issues, and relevant medical history.
- You understand that pets may experience stress or discomfort during handling.
Dogdom is not responsible for conditions that existed prior to the service, nor for outcomes resulting from undisclosed health issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
- Dogdom shall not be liable for any injury, illness, adverse reaction, or complication arising from the service, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
- Results are not guaranteed, and individual outcomes may vary.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Dogdom LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims related to the service provided.
6. Appointments, Payments, and Reservations
- All appointments must be reserved in advance.
- Full payment is required online at the time of booking.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe are eligible for a partial refund.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refund amounts and processing times are determined at Dogdom’s discretion.
